- IT service desk 1st line support agents (L1), English speakers, work on rotating schedule (morning, day, afternoon, night shifts) One type of shift is for 1 week, then it changes.
Job: full time / part time
Role, responsibilities, and skill sets:
- Provide hardware / software / network problem diagnosis / resolution via telephone for customer???s end users.
- Logging call details into tickets in the internal system.
- Work closely with teams to obtain technical knowledge and to propose innovative solutions and update the knowledge base
- Meet standard KPIs (average handling time, first point resolution, call quality)
- You get everyday opportunities with us to learn we need some form you to excel in this role.
- Knowledge of basic IT: Operating systems, MS Office Suite, Internet browsers; PC
- Hardware knowledge, Anti-virus and firewall software.
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills (English)
- Positive, self-starter attitude with desire to exceed client expectations Attention to detail, highly organized, with an absolute focus on quality of work.
