  • We need your urgent support for hiring in Lithuania we have 50 positions
  • IT service desk 1st line support agents (L1), English speakers, work on rotating schedule (morning, day, afternoon, night shifts) One type of shift is for 1 week, then it changes.

Job: full time / part time

Role, responsibilities, and skill sets:

  • Provide hardware / software / network problem diagnosis / resolution via telephone for customer???s end users.
  • Logging call details into tickets in the internal system.
  • Work closely with teams to obtain technical knowledge and to propose innovative solutions and update the knowledge base
  • Meet standard KPIs (average handling time, first point resolution, call quality)
  • You get everyday opportunities with us to learn we need some form you to excel in this role.
  • Knowledge of basic IT:¬†Operating systems, MS Office Suite, Internet browsers; PC
  • Hardware knowledge, Anti-virus and firewall software.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills (English)
  • Positive, self-starter attitude with desire to exceed client expectations Attention to detail, highly organized, with an absolute focus on quality of work.
