Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads by attending events provided by corporate marketing group as well as calling on cold leads
  • Develop relationships to open new doors and become preferred vendors
  • Build a sales pipeline for offering managed team and project based services
  • Ensure that all sales activity is entered into Collabera systems on time
  • Contacting with all relationships in existing clients
  • Master the art of qualifying job requisitions accurately to ensure that recruiting teams can source a perfect match candidate
  • Achieve business targets for assigned clients
  • Work closely with recruiting and project team to ensure delivery of staffing and project requirements
  • Communicate and prioritize client requirements effectively to ensure appropriate recruiting coverage
  • Negotiate bill rates with client managers
  • Create and conduct sales presentations
  • Submit weekly and other related sales reports to manager

We are looking for candidates who:

  • Have past track record of success in direct sales
  • Are high energy, high disciple and process oriented
  • Have natural knack of selling
  • Must have done hands on IT recruiting themselves at some point in past
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, writing and editing skills
  • Bachelor/ Master???s degree in Finance/ Sales/ HR/ Communications. Advanced
  • working knowledge of PC and related software applications.
  • At least 2-3 years??? experience in selling IT staffing services
  • Excellent knowledge of all areas of business operations. Able to resolve complex
  • problems.?? Excellent knowledge of company???s products.
