- Experience providing Level 2 helpdesk support for MS Office 365.
- Strong desire to learn anything thrown at them.
- Great communication skills both written and verbal.
- Experience using a ticketing system to assist software/hardware users via monitoring submitted requests.
- Good customer service skills.
Nice to haves:
- Experience with ticketing system (will only take about an hour to learn if not familiar).
3+ years??? experience providing onsite and remote support.
