Your Duties :
- Supporting the recruitment life cycle – resource requests and PO / invoicing for perm and non-permits
- Supporting the process around Staff ‘Moves’ / New Hires / Exits, Org charts, HR Directory maintenance etc
- Maintenance, tracking and tracking on operational tasks eg Clarity (Timesheets / Task Allocation / Queries) / Mandatory Training etc
- Tracking & trend analysis around the Digital RTB budget in terms of Cost Management and Cost Realization
Your Experience and Skills :
To be successful, follow the following requirements:
- Highly organized with attention to detail, strong analytical and numerical skills supported by Excel (pivots, vlookup etc).
- Highly developed communication skills, both written and verbal, are able to explain.
Competent in the use of JIRA, Confluence or similar systems.
- The ability to work with and data.
- Pragmatic decision making skills, with the ability to clear judgments, and understand those across different level.
