  • Provide support on insights into the optimization change agenda.

Role Purpose:

  • Within Delivery assurance, your role is an integral part of the assurance and driving insight on your assurance agenda. team and other key stakeholders to deliver change.
  • In addition, this role is a solution to drive / improve effectiveness.??
  • All aspects of driving and driving capability of DevOps.

  • Management of Risk (Operational Risk / FIM requirements).

  • Good understanding of the Clinic’s Group structures, values, behaviors, processes and objectives.
  • Knowledge of the external environment – regulators, political, competitors etc.
  • Knowledge of Transformation and Tech functions – functionally, operationally and financially.
  • Knowledge of Global Standards / Compliance and Regulatory Issues.
  • Very strong knowledge of Business transformation and Agile methodologies.
  • Able to demonstrate experience in the delivery of large technology projects using the Agile methodology .
  • Proven ability in working across multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural environments.
  • Strong analytical background and proven ability in analytical rigor, including being able to enter a context.
  • Evidence of successfully managing financial plans.
  • Strong background in both Solution Architecture and Program Architecture.
  • Successful experience in developing and retaining critical talent.
  • In-depth experience in Program reviews and setting and measuring assurance measures .
  • Has established a complex program of governance and reporting capabilities for a large program.


  • Risk and issue monitoring and escalation.
  • Planning and overseeing project and program reporting level.
  • Management and monitoring of project governance arrangements.
  • Monitor, report and manage budgets and expenditure.
  • Implement project standards.
  • Oversee the management of project documentation, process documents and information sources.
  • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Able to identify areas within the team for capability improvement.

Qualifications and Accreditation

  • Master’s degree (eg MBA) in related fields or commensurate practical experience.
  • Good operating knowledge in functional operative or consulting capacity.
  • Demonstration ability to work within a large-scale programmatic change in large organizations.
